Beautiful geisha in ivory with fan in one hand and flower bucket in the other. Insert in mother of pearl to simulate the water in the bucket.
Meiji period, late 19th/early 20th century.
The item is in good overall condition and presents small chips.
Signed under the base in red lacquer.
Japanese artefact from the Meiji period (circa 1890-1910).
